His master thesis on the \u2018Effect of Partial Deoxygenation of Semen Dilutor with Oxyrase on Freezability of Bull Spermatozoa\u2019 undertaken at the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ivri.nic.in\/\"> <strong>ICAR &#8211; Indian Veterinary Research Institute<\/strong><\/a>, (2017-2019). Athanas graduated his first degree of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sua.ac.tz\/programme\/bachelor-veterinary-medicine\"><strong>Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM)<\/strong><\/a> from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sua.ac.tz\/\"><strong>Sokoine University of Agriculture<\/strong><\/a>, Tanzania in 2014. From 2014 to 2015 he served as a Volunteering Residential Veterinary Officer at <a href=\"https:\/\/zaaso.net\/\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>Zanzibar Animals Affection Society (ZAASO)<\/strong><\/a> and a State Veterinarian of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar. In 2015, he joined the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cvmbs.sua.ac.tz\/veterinarysurgery\/\"><strong>Department of Veterinary Surgery and Theriogenology<\/strong><\/a> as a Tutorial Assistant in Theriogenology, where he is now working as an assistant lecturer of Theriogenology. He teaches Theriogenology to <strong>undergraduate<\/strong> and <strong>non-degree<\/strong> students. Also, he is serving the farmers and the public at large through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cvmbs.sua.ac.tz\/animalhospital\/\"><strong>Teaching Animal Hospital.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Athanas graduated his Master of Veterinary Sciences (majored in Veterinary Gynaecology and Obstetrics) from the Deemed University in India.
