Opening of the 38th Tanzania Veterinary Association (TVA) Conference was done on 10th December and expected to run until 12th December 2020. The three day annual scientific conference takes place at the Arusha International Conference Centre, In Arusha Tanzania. The conference goes in parallel with TVA annual general meeting.
In his opening remarks, the TVA chairman Prof Domonic Kambarage, applauded the participants for taking their time to contribute and attend to the conference. Prof Kambarage also thanked different stakeholders who have supported financially and morally the conduction of the conference. In regard to that, Prof Kambarage mentioned Farmbase, Farmers centre, ZOETIS, SPANA, BAJUTA, COSTECH, Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries Development, University of Dodoma, and Sokoine University of Agriculture as among the major sponsors if this year’s conference.
More than 25 scientific presentation and discussions are being tabled and in parallel business exhibitions from veterinary service providers will be done,
