Application for students mobility
The application for 2025/2026 Erasmus+ KA171 Mobility for SUA students to University of Messina is now open.
The duration for mobility: minimum 2 months, maximum 12 months.

Eligibility: Both masters and PhD students applying for mobility must be registered at Sokoine University of Agriculture in Veterinary or Animal Science programmes. The registration should be valid throughout the duration of the mobility.
Selection criteria for Student Mobility for Study/Traineeship (SMS/SMP):
Applicants who are Master students
- Must have completed semester I and II.
- Should submit a letter from the head of host department confirming completion of coursework.
- Should have a minimum of level B2 English language skills. Students should include English proficiency letter from the Department of language studies or equivalent document.
PhD students
- Should show evidence of approved Research Concept Note/proposal.
- Should have a minimum of level B2 English language skills. Students should include English proficiency letter from the Department of language studies or equivalent document.
Inclusion criteria: Students in disadvantaged economic conditions based on income as established by individual national provisions (certifiable or self-declarable) and students with disabilities or certifiable physical/health problems will be considered for additional support but this criterion will not be part of selection criteria.
Application deadline: The deadline for application is 30-10-2025.
Nominated Students: Nominated students will be informed by 30-11-2025.
