Types of mobility and application procedures

Application for students mobility

Students can only apply for long term mobility (Minimum 2 months, maximum 12 months).  Application forms 1 to 3: Form 1Form 2, Form 3

 Application for staff mobility is closed

Three types of mobility were available for staff with the appropriate application forms.

  1. Staff mobility for teaching and training (Application form)
  2. Staff mobility for teaching (Application form)
  3. Staff mobility for training (Application form)

 Selection criteria for Student Mobility for Study/Traineeship (SMS/SMP):

Applicants who are Master students must have completed semester I and II, and with minimum combined average of 3.5 of Grade Point Average (GPA) in Semester I&II), whereas PhD students should show evidence of approved Research Concept Note/proposal. All applicants should have a minimum of level B2 English language skills. Students should include English proficiency  letter from the Department of language studies or equivalent document.

Inclusion criteria: Students in disadvantaged economic conditions based on income as established by individ ual national provisions (certifiable or self-declarable) and students with disabilities or certifiable physical/health problems will be considered for additional support but this criterion will not be part of selection criteria.
