Biography:

Dr. Isaac P. Kashoma graduated from Sokoine University of Agriculture in 1997. From 1998 through 2011 worked as a residential veterinary surgeon at Mawenzi Veterinary Center, Moshi, Tanzania. From 2013 to 2018 he worked as Veterinary Tutor in the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries development, at Livestock Training Institute, Morogoro. He joined the Department of Veterinary Surgery and Theriogenology as an Assistant Lecturer in 2008 and rising through the ranks to become a Senior Lecturer in 2018. He obtained his PhD in 2016. Dr. Kashoma lectures in Animal Reproduction and Biotechnology to undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has supervised 15 undergraduate students and 2 postgraduate students. Currently, Dr. Kashoma is serving as a clinician incharge at SUA Teaching Animal Hospital.
